Many profiles on Veritas HR were researched and added by us from the business’s own website and public records. If one is yours, you can claim it, correct it, or have it taken down. Claiming is free.
Why claim
- Edit the profile — description, services, sectors, contact details, logo, portfolio.
- Add focus bars — the percentage split of your work by service, sector and client size. Unclaimed profiles show “Focus not yet provided” and score lower on completeness.
- Receive and respond to enquiries — leads sent through your profile land in your dashboard, with the sender’s name, email, phone and message.
- Verified badge — shown once your account is confirmed as connected to the business. Verified and claimed listings also earn trust points in the Veritas rank.
Steps
- Find your listing and click “Own this business? Claim, request removal or correction”.
- Register with your email and confirm the one-time code we send. Use your work email if you have one: an address on the same domain as your website verifies the claim automatically.
- Tell us your role and, if your email is not on the company domain, something we can check — a page on your website that names you, or a request sent from an address published there.
- An administrator reviews the claim. Once approved, the listing appears under your account and you can edit it. Edits to a live listing are checked before they go public.
What we ask for
Your name, email, role, and proof of connection as above. We do not ask for identity documents, GST certificates or payment details, and nobody from Veritas HR will phone asking for a password or code.
Removal requests
You do not have to be listed. Use the same “Own this business?” link, choose “Request removal”, and confirm your email. A work email on the company domain is accepted straight away; otherwise we check the request by hand. When a removal is approved, the listing page is taken down and returns an HTTP 410 Gone status, it is dropped from our sitemaps, and the business’s website domain and map identifier are added to a blocklist so that no future import can re-create it. We keep an internal record for audit and email you when it is done.
Timeline
Claims, corrections and removals are handled within two business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Gujarat public holidays). Domain-verified requests are usually faster.
