Veritas HR publishes three kinds of content: company and product listings, “best of” guides such as Best HRMS software in India, and comparisons between providers or tools. This policy explains how each is produced, what we accept money for, and how to get something corrected.
How guides and comparisons are written
- Data-led. The order in a guide starts from the same numbers you see in the directory: Veritas rank for providers, upvotes and reviews for software, and the profile data those firms have supplied. An editor may move an entry with a stated reason (for example, a product that has stopped selling in India), and that reason is written into the guide.
- Updated quarterly. Every guide shows the date it was last reviewed. We re-run the numbers and re-check each entry at least once every three months, and sooner when a company closes, merges or changes its pricing.
- No pay-to-play. A company cannot buy a place in a guide, a higher position, or a softer description. Sponsored placements, when they exist, are shown in a separate row marked “Sponsored” and never inside the ranked list.
- Affiliate links disclosed. Some software pages may in future carry links that pay us a commission if you sign up. Where that is the case, the page says so at the top, and the commission has no effect on the product’s rank, rating or where it appears in a guide.
- Our own words. Descriptions are written by us or by the listed company through its verified account. We do not copy text from other directories, and listings with copied text are rejected.
Where the facts come from
For providers: the company’s own website, public Ministry of Corporate Affairs records, what we can see by looking the business up in Google Maps, and what the owner tells us when they claim the listing. For software: the vendor’s website, its pricing or demo page, and the vendor’s own submission. We do not scrape LinkedIn, Justdial, IndiaMART, Sulekha, G2 or Capterra, and we do not use automated scrapers on Google search or Maps pages.
AI assistance
We use AI tools to help draft. A first draft of a listing description, a city page introduction or a guide section may be produced with AI assistance from the source material described above. Before anything is published, a person reads it and checks every listing description against the company’s own website. Factual claims — services offered, cities served, pricing, team size, founding year — are only kept if we can point to where they came from. Reviews and ratings are never AI-generated, and we do not use AI to write or “improve” a review submitted by a user.
Corrections
We would rather be corrected than be wrong. When we find or are told about an error of fact, we fix it in the page itself and, for guides, add a dated note at the foot of the page saying what was changed. Minor slips such as spelling or a broken link are fixed without a note. If a listing was published about a business that did not want to be listed, the owner can have it removed; that process is on the claim your listing page.
How to request a correction
- If you own the business or product, log in and use “Request removal or correction” on the listing page. You will need to confirm your email; a work email on the company’s own domain is accepted straight away.
- If you are a reader who has spotted an error, email [email protected] with the page link, what is wrong, and where the right information can be checked.
- We acknowledge within two business days and tell you what we changed, or why we did not.
Independence
Veritas HR Solutions is a private company in Ahmedabad. It is not owned by, or invested in by, any HR firm or software vendor listed on the site. If that ever changes, this page will say so and the listing concerned will carry a disclosure. Staff may not review companies they have worked for or vote for products they are paid to promote.
