Who to write to
- Business owners — claims, corrections and removals. Use the “Own this business?” link on your listing first; it is faster because a work email on your domain verifies you automatically. If that does not work, email [email protected] with the listing link and the subject line “Claim”, “Correction” or “Removal”.
- Software vendors. To list a product, use the submission guide. For questions about a listing already on the site, a disputed review, or vote irregularities, email [email protected] with the subject “Vendor”.
- Reviewers. Problems logging in, a review stuck in moderation, or a request to have your review or account removed: email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject “Reviewer”.
- Press. Questions about the directory, our data or the Veritas rank: [email protected], subject “Press”. We can share aggregate figures on request but never reviewer or enquirer details.
- Privacy and grievances. Requests under the DPDP Act go to [email protected] or to our grievance officer, Rita Patel, [email protected]. See the privacy policy.
Response time
We reply to claims, removals, corrections and review reports within two business days, Monday to Friday, excluding Gujarat public holidays. Privacy requests are answered within 30 days as the law requires, usually much sooner. We do not offer phone support for listing changes, because every change has to be tied to a verified email.
Please do not send passwords, one-time codes or payment details by email. Nobody from Veritas HR will ever ask for them.
