These terms govern your use of veritashrsolutions.com (“Veritas HR”, “the site”), operated by Veritas HR Solutions, South Bopal, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. By using the site you accept them. If you are acting for a business, you confirm you have authority to bind it. Last updated: 2 September 2026.
1. What the site is
Veritas HR is a directory. We publish profiles of HR services providers and HR software, together with user reviews, upvotes and editorial guides, so that buyers can shortlist and contact them. We are not a recruitment agency, a consultant, a reseller or an agent for anyone listed. Any contract you enter into with a listed business is between you and that business alone.
2. Accounts
You must be 18 or older and confirm your email address with the one-time code we send. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what is done from your account. One person, one account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we may refuse a registration without giving a reason. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.
3. Acceptable use
You may not: scrape, crawl or bulk-download the site or its data; use it to send unsolicited marketing to listed businesses or to reviewers; submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, misleading or infringes someone else’s rights; attempt to bypass Turnstile, rate limits, login throttling or any other security measure; create accounts to vote or review in bulk; impersonate a business or a person; or interfere with the site’s operation.
4. Listing content: licence and warranty
When you submit or edit a listing, a logo, a description, focus data, portfolio entries or any other content, you grant Veritas HR Solutions a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce, adapt for display, and publish that content on the site, in our sitemaps and structured data, and in our guides and comparisons, for as long as the listing exists. You keep ownership. You warrant that the content is accurate, that you have the right to submit it (including the logo), that the description is your own words and not copied, and that the contact details work. You agree to keep the listing accurate and to update it when things change. We may edit content for clarity, format or accuracy, reject it, or take it down at any time.
5. Reviews and votes
Reviews must be based on your own direct experience of the business or product as a client or user. One review per user per company; one vote per user per product. You may not review or vote for a business you own, work for, or are paid by, and you may not offer or accept anything of value for a review or vote. Reviews are moderated before publication and may be marked verified by an administrator after checks. We may remove a review or vote at any time, and we may reduce or discount votes we believe are manipulated. By posting a review you grant us the same licence as in section 4. You are responsible for what you write; a business that believes a review is false may ask us to look at it, and we may ask you for evidence of the engagement.
6. Rights of business owners
A business may claim its listing, request a correction, or request removal, after verifying its email. On approved removal the listing page is taken down, returns HTTP 410, is dropped from sitemaps and is blocklisted from re-import; an internal record is kept. A business cannot require us to remove or alter a review that meets our rules, or to change its rank. The full process is on the claim your listing page.
7. No guarantee of provider quality
Verification confirms that the person managing a listing is connected to the business, and the Veritas rank is a formula applied to reviews, profile data and activity. Neither is a recommendation, an audit, or a promise about a business’s competence, licences, solvency or conduct. Do your own checks before engaging anyone. We are not responsible for the services, software, advice, pricing or conduct of any listed business, for the content of external websites, or for the outcome of any engagement that started through the site.
8. Sponsored placements and affiliate links
Paid placements, when offered, are labelled “Sponsored” and shown in a separate row. They do not affect rank, ratings or guide positions. Pages that carry affiliate links say so. Our editorial policy has the detail.
9. Intellectual property
The site’s design, code, editorial text, guides, rank methodology and the compilation of the directory belong to Veritas HR Solutions. Company names and logos belong to their owners and are shown to identify them. You may link to any page. You may not reproduce the directory or substantial parts of it.
10. Availability and changes
The site is provided as is. We aim to keep it up but do not promise uninterrupted access, and we may change or withdraw any feature. We may change these terms; the date at the top will change and continued use after that is acceptance. Material changes affecting account holders will be emailed in advance.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Indian law, Veritas HR Solutions is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data arising from use of the site or reliance on anything published on it. Our total liability to you for any claim connected with the site, since it is free to use, is limited to ₹5,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot be limited by law.
12. Indemnity
If a third party brings a claim against us because of content you submitted or because you broke these terms, you will cover our reasonable costs and any damages awarded.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any right you have under Indian consumer law to bring a claim elsewhere.
