Apex Leadership is an executive coaching practice in Ahmedabad run by Vikash Joshi, who brings 25+ years of industry and recruitment experience and holds ICF coach certification through XLRI Jamshedpur, Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centred Coaching accreditation and the SHRM certified professional credential. The practice works with senior professionals and organisations on executive coaching, leadership development, team coaching, career transition and career advancement, using the stakeholder-centred method in which a leader’s own colleagues rate observable behaviour change over the engagement.
