Emerge – The Inside Out

Emerge – The Inside Out is a Surat training company founded in 2013 and run from King Tower on Ghod Dod Road. It designs and delivers competency-based programmes for three audiences: entrepreneurs and business owners, managers, and front-line employees, alongside customised corporate training and business consultancy for organisations. Workshop themes include team building, time management, productivity, body language, problem solving, attitude and habits, etiquette and leadership for people who are not yet in charge. The company also organises outdoor adventure camps as experiential learning. Its directors are Ashish Parekh, an advertising professional turned trainer and JCI-certified national trainer who mentors several South Gujarat business houses, and Monika Shah, a JCI zone trainer who has been part of more than 600 training programmes. Clients listed on the site span manufacturing, media, travel, automotive and oil companies, including Indian Oil.
