Her Expertise

Her Expertise is an Ahmedabad women’s professional network and training initiative founded in 2015 by Dr Manisha Vaja, based at Arun Society near Mahalaxmi Cross Roads in Paldi. Its workplace programme focuses on the POSH Act 2013: awareness sessions for employees, in-depth training for Internal Committee members, help with constituting and empanelling the IC, review of an organisation’s POSH policy, provision of an external IC member and counselling support for employees. Dr Vaja is a certified POSH trainer and programme director whose work has been recognised by the Ministry of Women and Child Development. Beyond compliance training, the platform runs workshops and meet-ups that connect women entrepreneurs and professionals across healthcare, education, design and consulting in Ahmedabad. Sessions are delivered on company premises or at partner venues in the city. The number of organisations trained, team size and fees are not published on the site.
