HR Catalogue

HR Catalogue started in 2015 as a blog cataloguing talent acquisition, management and development practices, and has since become an HR services firm working out of Ratnakar Nine Square in Vastrapur, Ahmedabad. Its organisational work is aimed at startups and small to mid-sized businesses that cannot yet justify a full in-house HR team, and is offered through three engagement models. HR consulting is project-based: designing and implementing organisation structures, performance management systems, onboarding and induction, HR policies, employee engagement, rewards and recognition, and learning programmes for middle management and leaders. HR advisory places senior HR executives from large Indian corporations with clients on a retainer for interim management, people strategy for a new business line, culture change, critical legal or industrial relations matters, and leadership coaching. HR outsourcing runs some or all of a client’s routine HR functions. A separate career branding practice, led by founder Richa Shah, offers one-to-one consulting and workshops for professionals and campuses.
