Kreeda Tantra Academy Pvt Ltd is an Ahmedabad experiential-learning company incorporated in 2020 and founded by Gajanan and Monika Pawar. It started with play-based fitness for children and grew a corporate vertical that delivers team-building programmes, leadership training and HR games for company offsites and in-office sessions. Founder Gajanan Pawar is a certified facilitator and leadership trainer with two decades in IT sales, and the corporate programmes use structured games and outdoor activities to work on collaboration, trust, communication and problem solving. Kreeda Tantra says it has reached more than 20,000 participants across its kids, parents and employee verticals, first in Ahmedabad and now in other Indian cities. The company’s registered office is at Reflection near Nirma University off Vaishnodevi Circle, and it works Monday to Saturday.
