Raj Consultant is a labour-law and statutory-compliance practice founded in 2014 with its head office at Business Bay near Atmiya College on Kalawad Road, Rajkot, and branch offices in Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat, Morbi, Surendranagar and Veraval. Founder Bhavesh M. Faldu spent two decades with the EPFO’s central department in Rajkot before setting up the firm, and the team includes other former ESIC, EPF and labour-department staff along with panel advocates for labour matters. Services cover EPF and ESI registration, monthly filings and inspections, Factories Act licensing, contract-labour registration and licences under the CLRA Act, workmen’s compensation insurance, minimum-wage, bonus and gratuity compliance, third-party payroll and outsourced HR management. Clients span small construction, textile, electrical and diamond units through to petroleum, jewellery, security, hospitality, education and hospital groups; the site reports more than 1,100 active clients. The founder also developed in-house compliance software over a twelve-year period, and the firm publishes updates on wage notifications and amendments.
