HR consulting and PoSH training with a technology arm
The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 applies to every workplace with ten or more employees, and requires an Internal Committee with an external member, a written policy, annual awareness training and an annual report to the District Officer. POSH consultants supply the external committee member, draft the policy, run employee and committee training and guide inquiries when a complaint is filed. Fees are usually quoted per training session, per external-member retainer or as an annual compliance package, and non-compliance attracts a fine and, on repeat, cancellation of business licences.
Consultants on this page show whether they provide external IC members, the languages they train in, and reviews from HR teams who have used them during audits or inquiries. Filter by city for in-person sessions, and check that trainers can document attendance for your annual report.
Yes. Section 19 of the POSH Act requires employers to organise awareness programmes at regular intervals and to constitute an Internal Committee wherever ten or more employees work. Auditors and many enterprise clients ask for evidence of both.
Awareness sessions typically cost ₹8,000 to ₹25,000 per batch depending on duration and trainer seniority. External IC member retainers run ₹15,000 to ₹50,000 a year, and inquiry support is billed per case.
A person from an NGO or association committed to women’s issues, or someone familiar with sexual harassment matters such as a lawyer or trained consultant. The external member must attend meetings and sign the inquiry report.
