Skill Connect is a placement consultancy and HR services firm with its corporate office in Vadsar on the southern edge of Vadodara and a branch in Ankleshwar serving the chemical estate there. The firm holds ISO 9001:2015 certification issued through UKAC and is run by the Mehta family: Upendra Mehta with more than four decades in HR operations, Nishith Mehta with a banking and NBFC background, Jalpa Mehta on HR and Manish Mehta on labour law matters since 1996. Its recruitment work is strongest in banking, non-banking finance and microfinance, where past clients named on the site include private banks and NBFCs, alongside manufacturing employers. Beyond placements, Skill Connect provides labour law compliance for around 150 establishments, employee background verification through a tie-up with a Gujarat verification partner, and a negative-database check drawn from bank and NBFC records. The company says its database holds over 58,000 candidate profiles across locations and job families.
