Happay is a travel, expense and corporate payments platform for Indian enterprises, now owned by MakeMyTrip and headquartered in Bengaluru. Its expense management module captures spend automatically at the source, runs SmartAudit checks for duplicate invoices, overclaims and policy breaches, and routes claims through configurable approval workflows with reminders and audit trails. Reimbursements can be paid individually or in bulk on a trip basis, GST data is automated for input credit, and DeepAnalyze reporting gives finance visibility by department, cost centre and spender. A self-booking tool covers flights, hotels, cabs, trains and buses, and prepaid cards handle petty cash, fleet and employee benefits. The site says it integrates with leading ERPs, HRMS platforms, travel agencies and card programmes without naming them, targets enterprise buyers, and provides pricing through a demo rather than a public list.
