Ricago, founded in 2014 in Bengaluru, sells a Compliance Management System for mid-sized and large Indian enterprises that operate across many states. The platform tracks obligations drawn from a library the site sizes at more than 1,500 acts and 35,000 requirements, including labour law, EPF and ESI, factory rules, minimum wages and the newer Labour Codes and DPDP Act. It is organised into 14 configurable modules: compliance, notices, registrations and licences, board meetings, event-based items, risk register, litigation, contracts, declarations, liaison, bank guarantees, related-party transactions, corporate documents and surveys. Tasks move through workflows with up to four escalation levels, responses can be made by email, and a companion mobile app called Ricago Pulse pushes real-time alerts.
