Simpliance Classic is the labour-law compliance product of Aparajitha Corporate Services, a Madurai-headquartered compliance firm that also markets REMO, Vendor and Audit variants under the Simpliance name (the simpliance.in and compfie.com domains now route to Aparajitha). The cloud tool configures the applicable obligations automatically from an establishment’s state, headcount and industry, drawing on a library the site sizes at 186 acts, 496 rules and nearly 7,000 tasks, then schedules recurring activities, scores risk in real time and emails alerts. It generates state-wise statutory registers, tracks evidence and runs an AI engine called SEAL that audits every payroll record for minimum wages, PF and ESIC contributions, leave encashment and bonus. Payroll data can be imported from multiple software formats. Pricing is not published, but a free sign-up is available.
