BCM Training Academy

BCM Training Academy, also branded BCM Learning, is a Surat training organisation founded in 2007 and based at Millionaire Business Park on L.P. Savani Road in Adajan. It runs a team of thirty-six trainers and support staff and delivers behavioural and professional-development programmes to companies as well as to individual professionals. Its corporate catalogue is built around forty-plus modules, with leadership development, communication mastery, team building, personal productivity, emotional intelligence and public speaking as the flagship tracks, complemented by IT training and offsite events for organisations. The academy states that it has trained more than 100,000 learners in total, including over 10,000 in leadership programmes and 8,000 in communication, and that it has worked with 500-plus organisations and 15,000-plus individuals. For Surat employers it offers a locally staffed alternative to national training franchises for supervisor, manager and front-line skills programmes, with an established presence on the Adajan side of the city.
