Right Consultancy is a labour law and business registration consultancy in Alkapuri, Vadodara, founded on 1 May 2016 by Aakash Trivedi, who holds BBA and MBA degrees in labour laws and has worked in the field since 2014. Its HR-related work is statutory compliance for employers: PF and ESIC registration and returns, professional tax, labour welfare fund, salary slips, workmen’s compensation policies, state and central labour licences, BOCW and inter-state migrant workmen licences and the half-yearly returns that go with them.
