Professional HR Solutions, branded online as PHRS Group, was started in 2009 by two professionals who between them had more than fifty years in industry HR and operations, and it works from Gyankunj Complex in Sevasi on the western fringe of Vadodara. It calls its recruitment model a recruitment partnership: the firm acts as an extension of the client’s HR function, defines key result areas for each role and sources against them rather than simply filling vacancies. Around that core it offers payroll processing and statutory compliance management, consulting on organisation design and industrial relations, training in personal and skills development, and a set of audits covering HR practice, payroll and compliance and third-party contractors. Sectors it names are engineering, IT and ITES, oil and gas, banking and insurance, and market research and BPO. Office hours are Monday to Saturday.
