VGlobal First is a Bodakdev consultancy that acts as an employer of record for overseas firms hiring in India, with a particular focus on finance, accounting and tax professionals. The model: the client selects the people, VGlobal First employs them on its Indian entity, runs payroll, statutory contributions and HR administration, and hosts them in its Ahmedabad office or remotely, so a foreign firm gets an Indian team without setting up a subsidiary. A build-operate-transfer option lets the client take the team over later.
