Enthral

Enthral is the skilling platform of Enthralltech, a Pune learning company established in 2009 that relaunched its product under the Enthral.ai brand in 2024. It combines a learning management system, a learning experience layer, a content hub and talent-management functions with what the vendor calls agentic AI: assistants nicknamed Skill Rangers, AI coaching, immersive roleplay and proctored assessments, all feeding a skills-intelligence view for the business. Delivery formats include self-paced modules, classroom and virtual instructor-led sessions, social learning, gamification, certifications and mobile learning in multiple languages. The company targets organisations of five hundred to more than ten thousand employees in banking, manufacturing, pharma, retail, food and beverage, building materials and the public sector, citing over three hundred enterprises and four million learners across sixty-five countries.
