Pluxee Meal & Employee Benefits

Pluxee, the rebranded Sodexo Benefits and Rewards business in India, issues meal and multi-benefit cards that let employers route allowances to employees as tax-advantaged benefits, with the site claiming savings of up to ₹1,00,000 per employee per year. The Pluxee Meal Pass and two-in-one hybrid card carry separate meal and benefits wallets, run on the RuPay network and are accepted at more than 1,00,000 meal points across 1,800-plus cities. Employees pay by card or QR through the Pluxee India app on Android and iOS, and HR orders and manages benefits from an online portal. The company also sells a rewards and recognition suite, cafeteria and creche solutions, and says programmes can be customised for firms with as few as five employees while serving large public and private sector clients.
