Synergita

Synergita, founded in 2013 with an office in Chennai plus operations in Singapore and Illinois, sells two product lines: Synergita OKR for goal setting and Synergita Perform for appraisals. The OKR product supports top-down and bottom-up alignment, a visual hierarchy tree, cascading and confidential objectives, weighted key results and an AI assistant called OKR Pilot that drafts objectives. Perform adds review cycles, 360 feedback, continuous feedback and matrix goals. Published OKR pricing is freemium: a free-forever Starter plan for up to three users, Lite at 3 dollars per user per month and Growth at 6 dollars, billed annually, with trials on the paid tiers. Growth includes Jira, Microsoft Teams, Slack and HRMS integration plus single sign-on. Perform plans are per user but quoted on request. The vendor cites more than 350,000 users across 150-plus customers.
