Occupational Health Service, which trades online as OHS Talim, is an Ahmedabad training centre recognised by the Director of Industrial Safety and Health, Gujarat, to deliver the industrial safety training that Section 111A of the Factories Act requires for plant workers. It also runs Section 45C first-aid and CPR courses as a DGMS-approved first-aid training centre, fire-safety training, third-party safety audits, on-site emergency planning, and pre-employment and periodic medical check-ups with special investigation reports. The centre says it has been active for over twenty-five years and reports more than a thousand trainees across seventy-eight batches, with clients that include Adani Gas, Aditya Birla, Ammann Apollo, Praj Industries and Wagh Bakri. Its office is in Gota on the 100 Ft RCC Road, but training is typically delivered on site at factories across the Naroda, Vatva, Sanand and Changodar belts, which is why plants in those estates use it to close statutory training gaps.
