Prism Calibration Centre

Prism Calibration Centre is a testing and compliance house that has operated from Rudraksh Complex in Phase 3 of Vatva GIDC since 2004, which puts it within walking distance of several hundred chemical, dye and engineering units. Its origin is NABL-accredited calibration, but a substantial part of its work is the statutory safety side of running a factory: industrial safety audits covering electrical, fire, mechanical, process and structural hazards, audits against DISH Gujarat requirements, Factories Act compliance verification, MSIHC Rules audits for major hazard installations, pre-inspection preparation before a DISH visit, follow-up verification and ISO 45001 gap assessments, plus HAZOP studies and on-site emergency response planning. The firm states it holds DISH-approved auditor status alongside GPCB authorisation and BEE energy-audit accreditation, and it also runs stack emission, ambient air and effluent testing for pollution-board compliance.
