Perfect Placement Bureau

Perfect Placement Bureau has been recruiting for Gujarat’s process industries since 1996 and runs two offices: one in Lalita Tower on Dinesh Mill Road near Vadodara’s western railway station, and the original branch beside Ankleshwar railway station in the heart of the GIDC chemical belt. That geography shapes its client base, which is weighted towards pharmaceutical, chemical, polymer and engineering manufacturers along with automobile, textile, insurance, banking, IT, BPO, telecom, retail and healthcare employers. The firm offers executive search and sourcing, career counselling for candidates, and training programmes, and it places people from entry level through to senior management. Each office has its own landline and email address, so employers in Vadodara and in Bharuch district can deal with a local desk. Perfect Placement describes itself as a recruitment and human resource services bureau rather than a staffing contractor, concentrating on permanent hires for plants and corporate offices across Gujarat and, for some clients, elsewhere in India.
