It was established in 2009, though the founders say they have been active in the corporate sector since 2006. The firm offers recruitment and manpower solutions, business outsourcing, corporate training and employee counselling to employers, and describes a defined recruitment process meant to help clients retain productive staff. Its site claims more than 150 business connections for recruitment and training and a network in eight-plus countries, and it lists additional points of presence in Rajkot, Botad, Delhi, Indore, Bangalore, Kolkata, Mumbai, Dehradun and Patna. A second, larger line of work is overseas-education consulting with several hundred partner colleges, which sits outside HR services.
