ADP SecurTime is the time and attendance product ADP sells in India for businesses of every size, aimed particularly at organisations with hourly, shift-based or distributed staff in manufacturing, logistics, retail, banking, construction and healthcare. Attendance can be captured on RFID, fingerprint or facial-recognition terminals, including units with mask and temperature checks, or through an Android and iOS app that stamps location, applies geofences and asks for a front-camera selfie. The cloud console handles demand-based shift scheduling, rotation, on-call tracking, paid and unpaid leave, compensatory time, overtime and special payments, and lets staff log hours against projects or clients. Data flows into ADP’s own Vista payroll and, per the vendor, other ERP and HR systems. Pricing is quoted per organisation after a consultation; the old securtime.in domain is now parked.
