FieldSense, developed by QuantumLink Communications, digitises the working day of field employees in healthcare, logistics, gas distribution, financial services and similar sectors. Staff mark attendance from wherever they are, with GPS stamps feeding a live map and activity log for managers; the app then schedules customer visits, offers turn-by-turn navigation, collects structured data through configurable smart forms, and routes leave and expense claims through approval workflows. Team messaging and an offline mode keep the app usable in low-connectivity areas, and a web console provides dashboards and downloadable reports. Pricing is straightforward: teams of up to ten people use it free with email support, and larger teams pay a per-user monthly rate in rupees that drops on annual billing, plus a one-time implementation fee. API access is quoted separately, and a dollar price list exists for overseas customers.
