Talview began in 2012 as Interview Master, a video-interviewing startup founded by IIT Bombay classmates, and now frames itself as trust infrastructure for high-stakes hiring and examinations. Three AI agents anchor the platform: Alvy proctors remote assessments with face and voice checks, room scans and behaviour analysis; Ivy conducts conversational first-round interviews; Livy automates scheduling and follow-ups. Enterprises use it for volume and campus hiring, while certification bodies and universities run secure exams through the same engine. The integrations page is long and includes Indian ATS vendors such as Zwayam, TurboHire, RippleHire and PeopleStrong beside Workday, SAP SuccessFactors and Greenhouse. Pricing is unit-based per feature with annual candidate-volume bands rather than published rates, and a limited pilot is possible.
