Techno Wise is a recruitment consultancy based in Ratnaakar Nine Square, opposite ITC Narmada in Vastrapur, Ahmedabad. It was set up by founder and chief executive Tarun Rathi, with Ashish Rathi, who came from an IT and data background at a global bank, heading operations. The firm positions itself as a headhunter that can source profiles across industries and levels quickly, drawing on a large in-house resume database built through active sourcing and referrals. Much of its recorded work is in IT and ITES, including web and mobile development and data processing, e-commerce, and KPO and BPO operations such as international voice processes, market research, sales and technical support. It handles both individual senior searches and multi-position hiring, and describes itself as big enough to scale but small enough to give personal attention.
