PagarBook is a Bengaluru-built app for shops, factories, clinics and other small and mid-sized Indian employers that need to mark daily attendance and pay staff without an HR department. Owners or managers record presence by selfie, location or AI face match, override entries manually, log attendance offline, apply overtime and fine rules in bulk, and generate muster rolls and punch reports. Salary features cover regular, contractual and piece-rate staff, advances, deductions, PF and ESI, bulk online payouts and employee payslips with income-tax declarations through a self-service app. The interface is offered in more than ten languages. Plans are priced per staff member per year, starting with the mobile app alone, rising for web access and the Lens face-recognition device, with separate Geo plans for live field tracking and order management; all prices exclude GST.
