Every self-service plan (Xplore, Xpand, Xcelerate) covers salary processing, leave and compensatory-off handling, increments, bank files, payroll MIS and statutory reports for PF, ESI, professional tax, LWF, NPS, Form 16 and Form 24Q; higher tiers add expense claims, loans, shift management, document storage and, at the top tier, the compliance filings themselves. Employees use a web portal and a mobile app for payslips and leave. Integrations named on the site include Tally for journal export, Securax biometric attendance and Perk Finance for salary advances.
