The suite covers recruitment and onboarding, biometric attendance with shift scheduling, leave, core HRIS and payroll, performance, self-service, expenses, timesheets, a help desk, offboarding and visitor management. The vendor states that Indian statutory rules for PF, ESI, professional tax, TDS, Form 16, gratuity, bonus and labour welfare fund are applied automatically, and its attendance module integrates with eSSL, Matrix, ZKTeco and CAMS devices as well as Tally. Unusually for this category it offers cloud, hybrid and on-premises deployment, which it pitches to BFSI firms with strict data policies, while a multilingual Android and iOS app serves field staff. Sales run through a large partner network and pricing is quoted.
