Spintly Time & Attendance

Spintly, headquartered in Fatorda, Goa, sells a cloud time and attendance module as part of its OptiSpaces platform, designed to work with the company’s wireless, smartphone-credential access control hardware. Employees can punch through the iOS or Android app, a biometric reader or by simply unlocking a Spintly door, and GPS check-ins can be restricted with geofences. Administrators build multiple parallel shifts on a roster screen, approve leave requests, receive attendance reports by email or dashboard, and let the system compute working hours and overtime from timesheets. The vendor lists corporate offices, coworking and co-living operators, hospitality, gyms, manufacturing, healthcare, education and construction sites among its markets and names clients such as WeWork, Tata and JLL. Attendance data can be pushed to third-party HRMS and payroll tools, and pricing is quoted per project.
