International Overseas Resources, which trades as IOR HR, is an overseas manpower recruitment agency on the first floor of Indiabulls MegaMall on Jetalpur Road near Vadodara railway station. The company states that it is approved by the Government of India’s Ministry of External Affairs as a recruiting agent, and its job board lets candidates filter openings by country across Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Iraq and Iran as well as India. Its expertise is squarely industrial: oil and gas, refineries, petrochemical and fertiliser complexes, power plants and power distribution, shipbuilding and repair yards, and heavy engineering and fabrication. Within those industries it recruits managers, engineers, superintendents, inspectors, supervisors, foremen, technicians and tradesmen, and employers can post vacancies directly on the site. The platform reports tens of thousands of registered candidates and job postings since the site launched in 2017.
