Paramount Consultancy is a recruitment and management consultancy founded in Surat in 2006 by Ajitsinh Raj, an IIM Ahmedabad alumnus, and run as part of the Paramount Group. Its head office is at Subh Laxmi Complex on City Light Road, with a branch on Zadeshwar Road in Bharuch serving the Dahej and Ankleshwar chemical belt and further offices in Mumbai and Dubai. The firm concentrates on heavy-industry hiring: mining, petrochemicals, power, oil and gas, fertilisers, chemicals, construction, engineering and cement, pharmaceuticals, automotive and manufacturing, alongside retail. It provides permanent recruitment, contract placements and temporary staffing, and states more than 500 clients and over 100 associates on its books.
